Welcome to Fern Fitness! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Fern Fitness provides access to fitness class schedules, class reservations, membership management, and related services. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may be required to register for an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

You further agree that Firm Fitness, its employees and officers are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from your participation in classes, use of our equipment or use of the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

•  Use the App for any unlawful purpose

•  Harass, abuse, or harm others

•  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system

•  Interfere with the App’s functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including, but not limited to, logos, graphics, and class descriptions, are the property of Fern Fitness or its licensors and are protected by state and federal intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our advance permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fern Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or the products or services which Fern Fitness provides to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwaelth  of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
