At Fern Fitness, we’re all about meeting you where you are — whether you’re clipping in for your first spin class, easing into your first yoga flow, or figuring out what exactly a “barre pulse” is.
Here’s how it goes:
You’ll be greeted by name (we’re big on community).
You’ll settle into a calm, earthy space that feels more like a cozy retreat than a gym.
You’ll move your body — to music, to your breath, or to that one playlist that gives you life.
And you’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter, and maybe even a little more like yourself.
You don’t need fancy gear or perfect form. Just come as you are — messy bun, mismatched socks, nerves and all. We’ve got you.
our story
It all started with a fern — literally.
One night, Molly had a dream. In it, she saw a studio filled with movement, music, and people showing up as their full, messy, wonderful selves. And somewhere in the middle of it all… was a fern. A big, beautiful fern.
It didn’t totally make sense at the time — but it felt right.
Molly has always been a little sunshine and a little soil — deeply grounded, wildly welcoming, and passionate about helping people feel good in their own skin. With over a decade of experience in fitness and four kids at home, she knew two things:
The world needed a space where movement felt safe, fun, and judgment-free.
Somehow, a fern had to be involved.
What began as a literal dream is now Fern Fitness — a studio rooted in community, connection, and the belief that strength shows up in many forms.
So, why the fern?
Because ferns grow in tough places. Because they’re resilient, unfussy, and full of life. Just like you.
