just bring water and cycle shoes if you’d like to use them! our bikes have cages, so regular athletic shoes work perfectly too. everything else is taken care of.

no need! we provide towels, mats, and all equipment needed for class so you can travel light and focus on your workout.

yes! we have a water bottle filler station in the studio. bring your bottle and refill as needed.

we have cubbies available for personal items and a changing area for your convenience. please note that cubbies are not locked, so leave valuables at home when possible.

Life happens—we get it. Here’s our cancellation policy:
Cancel 2+ hours before class: no penalty
Cancel within 2 hours: $10 fee
No-show: $20 fee
This helps keep classes fair and available for everyone. If something unexpected comes up, reach out—we’ll always do our best to work with you.

we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first visit! this gives you time to check in, get settled, and ease into the space without feeling rushed.

studio doors lock when class begins to create a safe and calm environment for everyone. if you’re running late, we encourage you to contact the studio. when possible, we will do our best to accommodate you without disrupting other members or the instructor.

welcome to Fern! your first class will feel exciting, not intimidating. our instructors will guide you through everything you need to know, from bike setup to movement cues. expect supportive energy, intentional programming, and a space designed to help you feel strong and confident. we’re here to make your first visit fun, welcoming, and empowering.

we highly encourage a phone-free experience so everyone can fully disconnect and stay present. however, we understand that life happens. if you need to take a call or respond to something urgent, we kindly ask that you step outside the studio so you don’t disrupt other members or the instructor.

please let your instructor know before class if you have an injury, are pregnant, or need modifications. we are happy to offer adjustments so you can move safely and confidently.

while we don’t bill insurance directly, many members are able to receive reimbursement through their provider’s wellness or fitness benefit. we’re happy to provide detailed receipts or complete any required forms to help you submit for reimbursement!
